The car was scaled up from a Brago model 500K Mercedes Benz and made into a full size plug by Russell France. Fibreglass moulds were then taken and the panels manufactured. A Holden HQ utility chassis is the foundation of the replica.

Reflex and their contractors manufacture many trailer boat plugs. These are developed using a variety of methods, including CAD. More traditional methods are also employed as shown in these photos of a clients project.

Specially designed fiberglass tanks for Filtertech sewerage treatment. These range from 2200 litres up to 14000 litres capacity. Includes various injection hatches, pipe outlets, and pump mountings. At the moment we are building a 30000 litre tank for custom use, and are able to make tanks to suit most needs.

Specially insulated lids for these vessels manufactured by Reflex. Chemically resistant resins can be used to provide protection in hostile environments where metal products will corrode quickly.
