Our general moulding division is heavily involved in the manufacture of components for Designline City Bus construction.

We offer a pattern making service, which constructs the ‘plugs’ from which a mould is made, a mould making service, a composite moulding service, and a final assembly operation, which fits the brackets and other hardware to complete each panel. Our panels are all pre-fitted to jigs prior to packing and shipping to ensure a perfect fit each time.

We supply external panels, roofs, dashboards, air conditioning, and heat ducting and a variety of other mouldings. These fiberglass panels reduce weight and assembly line labour, as well as their many other advantages.
